Autumn Workshop | Friday 27th Sept | 10am- 1.30pm

£120.00

Following the success of our Spring workshops together, we’re collaborating again with local Blogger, Cook & Recipe Developer Louise @ Nordic Kitchen Stories to bring you a relaxed morning that celebrates the very best of seasonal food and flowers.

Our Autumn workshops will focus on some of our favourite seasonal crops – Dahlias, Sage and Squash.

Fenella will give you a tour of Flowerfields, explaining the flower and foliage crops growing at this time of year and what we are harvesting in September.   She will then give you a demonstration of some floristry ideas to make beautiful floral decorations for your home using homegrown seasonal flowers and foliage.

Louise will demonstrate how to make Roasted Pumpkin with a Herby Tahini Sauce and Smoky Crispy Lentils, followed by Pumpkin Ice Cream with Sage Meringue.

This will be served for lunch with Louise’s homemade sourdough bread, Swedish Crispbread and a Glass of Seasonal Fizz.

The workshop includes:

• Cookery demonstrations of two seasonal recipes

• Tour of the flower farm

• Floristry demonstration using flowers and foliage harvested from the farm

• Two course lunch with a glass of seasonal fizz

• Tea and coffee, with homemade treats, on arrival

• A goody bag to take home, including take home recipe sheets
